Loaded Teas

A few years ago our oldest Granddaughter asked me if I could figure out how to dupe some of her favorite Loaded Teas which began my quest first to figure out what she was talking about then how to make them with healthy natural products at a cheaper cost. I discovered some Pinterest boards and Facebook groups where recipes were shared using ingredients that could be bought in the grocery store but they all contained aspartame which I avoid. I used those basic recipes and modified them for my own use, because let's face it after experimenting and tasting all the recipes like a good Grandma should, I was was hooked. These drinks gave me the flavor I craved in soda but with the healthier options I was able to lose about 40 pounds!
Let's look at some of the things I added to basic recipes but first let me say that at the time of this original post, I am not affiliated with any of these companies or products, nor did I receive compensation for it.
Bloom Nutrition , I really like their Greens and Super Foods my favorite right now is Berry but they have so many to pick from it changes all the time.
Natural Vitality I use Calm in the raspberry lemon, cherry, and orange flavors and the Sleep in the mixed berry flavor.
Vital Proteins, I use the lemon and Unflavored Collagen Peptides and the Strawberry Lemon Beauty Collagen in my teas and waters. Our daughter uses the Chocolate and Vanilla Collagen Peptides in hot chocolate for the Grandson, we also use those is smoothies. We use the Matcha Collagen and Collagen Creamers in coffee.
If you would like to see the recipes I modify, check out my Pinterest board, I am planning to share the original tea along with the modifications soon.
