Some evenings were made to settle into.
Dark cherry up front, ripe and just a little tart. Beneath it, oak-aged bourbon,  smooth and warm and unhurried. Then the fire takes over: smoldering embers, caramel-edged tobacco, ambered vanilla underneath like the last note of a long evening that had nowhere to be.
Rugged and comforting and quietly indulgent. 
Bonfire Bourbon is the scent of October done right,  a slow drink, good company, the coals still glowing when the talking finally winds down.
